Why is the sound not working on my iPad?
You have probably accidentally muted notifications. Pull down from the top right of the screen to show your iPad settings. Make sure the bell icon is unchecked.

Will I be able to set different spellings for different spelling groups in my class?
Yes, with a school license you will be able to create different spelling groups and schedule the word lists that appear when your students log in. You will also see their results whenever they take a test with their words.

Can I create my own spelling lists?
Yes, with either a school license or an individual license you will be able to create and save your own personalised word lists.

If I create an account, will it automatically renew next year?
No, you will need to renew it manually next year. You will receive a reminder before it lapses.

I want to purchase a school account, can I pay by invoice?
Yes, register for a school license, then from your dashboard you can choose how many classes you would like to purchase and then choose to pay by invoice. It will be emailed to you automatically and you can begin using your account immediately.

I have not received my receipt / invoice. Why not?

I am a tutor, can I create a school account for my students?
Yes, we have lots of tutors that use spellingframe. You can purchase a class and create logins for each of your students, set them differentiated word lists and monitor their results.

Yes, as long as you are using a modern browser, all the games and activities should work. Contact us if you are having problems.
